Dreyer Medical Clinic is seeking an Experienced *Nephrology Nurse 
Practitioner *
40 miles west of Chicago (Aurora, IL) *
Full-time*

* Dreyer is seeking a full time (5 days a week) Nurse Practitioner who 
understands
general Internal Medicine and has at least 5 years experience as an 
adult Nurse
Practitioner including both inpatient & outpatient care for chronic and 
acute patient
conditions. The best fit is someone who has direct Nephrology experience 
(or
CNN-NP) and understands the complexity of this patient base.

* Must have superior assessment skills, excellent documentation, is 
well-organized,
efficient, creative, extremely customer service oriented and hard 
working. Must be
able to coordinate care and have exceptional communication skills.

* This position will collaborate closely with our Nephrologists and 
includes hospital
rounding, clinic, dialysis and nursing home consults. The position will 
have a
planned daily schedule.
