*Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Minneapolis, MN *

Park Nicollet Clinic is seeking a FT GNP to join its team of physicians 
and nurse
practitioners who work collaboratively to provide care to an aging 
population in
various long-term care, TCU, and Assisted Living facilities. The 
position is M-F
8am-5pm, no call or weekends. Candidates must possess a nurse practitioner
masters degree or DNP; geriatric, adult, or family certification; and MN 
nursing
license. Geriatric experience preferable.
