Cowlitz Family Health Center is growing! We are currently recruiting for 
a Psychiatric
Nurse Practitioner to work in our clinics in Woodland, Kelso, Longview, 
Cathlamet
and Ocean Park. This position will be a core member of a collaborative 
care team
responsible for diagnosing, prescribing medication, monitoring 
medication side
effects and providing mental health.

Successful candidates will be BC/BE in Psychiatric Practice with Two or 
more years
related experience providing psychiatric nurse practitioner services in 
an outpatient
setting. Must have unrestricted WA and DEA licenses. Experience in a 
primary care
setting and bi-lingual in Spanish a plus! Able to work with all ages, and
commitment to serve the underserved to include transient populations.
