children's hospital as the CNS responsible for improving and maintaining 
clinical
nursing care. The CNS with expert skills in critical care nursing 
assists in creating
nursing plans and evaluates their own nursing care as well as that of 
others in the
unit which is ranked as one of the best in the country for advanced 
pediatric cardiac
care. MSN, current Delaware RN license, current Delaware APN license 
with or
without prescriptive authority and pediatric cardiac experience,
