UnitedHealth Group and XL Health are experiencing growth and have announced
an opportunity for a House Calls Nurse Practitioner (full-time or per 
diem) in North
Carolina. We also have Clinical Team Lead positions available for Nurse
Practitioners seeking leadership opportunities!

Our NPs conduct in-home health assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage
members. The provider will complete visits on members within a 
geographic area
of responsibility, and locations are available throughout North 
Carolina. The nature
of the House Calls visit includes, but is not limited to, performing an 
annual health
assessment, a post discharge visit, medication review, and discussion of 
medical
history.

Our NPs love their jobs because they get to spend quality time with 
patients
discussing their individual medical history, answering questions, and 
sharing
valuable educational info with them to better their health and well-being!

Qualified candidates must have an active and unrestricted NP license in 
North
Carolina, national NP certification, and one or more years of clinical 
experience as
a NP.
