*Nurse Practitioner*

Give your special nursing care in a place you can call Home.

The Washington Home is a 192-bed facility that provides long-term care,
Alzheimer's and dementia, rehab and subacute services. We are currently 
seeking
a Nurse Practitioner to deliver acute and continuous care to 
patients/residents of
the Washington Home.

Qualified candidates have one (1) year experience as a Nurse Practitioner,
preferably in a long-term care setting, and are credentialed and 
certified as an
adult and/or geriatric Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy 
of Nurse
Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
