Family Nurse Practitioner---Greater Fort Worth, Texas (Western Side of 
Ft. Worth,
Texas)*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well respected 
family practice
clinic setting in the greater Fort Worth area. The Family Nurse 
Practitioner will work
Thursday- Saturday (12 hour day shifts) with Physician support / 
collaboration
on-site during clinic hours. The FNP would see a diverse cross section 
of patients
that would be typical of a traditional family practice setting. The 
Provider would see
an estimated volume of 25-30 patients per day with patients ranging from 
pediatrics
to geriatrics (minor illness, routine care and acute / chronic 
conditions). The FNP
would enjoy a base salary of $90,000-$105,000 plus incentives, Medical, 
Dental
and 401K. CME Allowance, 1 week paid CME and generous vacation package.
