*Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought for a hospitalist role 
onthe
Black River! (60 miles north of Syracuse) Watertown/Adams, NY area *

About:
* Mon-fri : 7a-330p. No on-call, no weekends. Treating all ages - case 
management
type of role with referral process
* NP/PA will obtain health and medical histories, performing physical 
examinations,
and diagnosing health problems. Care for patients with acute and chronic 
diseases
by managing therapeutic regimens, prescribing medications
* Working with another MD or NP most of the time (not all of the time). 
There will
always be an MD on-call for back up support in addition to on-site RN 
and ancillary
staff.
* NPs and PAs are highly valued and experience low turnover, a great 
place for an
NP or PA. Not open to new grads.

Compensation : $95-119k per year in salary, plus 2-4% raise in salary 
each year!!
Over 2 months off per year! (6 weeks PTO in year 1, plus 1 week CME's and 2
weeks extended sick days). Excellent medical coverage. 6% 401k match.
