*Rural Health Clinic- Family Nurse Practitioner-Family Practice / 
Occupational
Medicine - Greater Lexington, Kentucky*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in an outpatient 
clinic setting
comprised of both occupational medicine and family practice in greater 
Lexington,
Kentucky. The clinic is comprised of two physicians and one nurse 
practitioner. Due
to the growth of the service and community need, the clinic is in need 
of a Family
Nurse Practitioner interested in focusing on family practice and 
occupational
medicine. The Nurse Practitioner would work 8:30am-5:00pm with no weekends
limited call responsibilities. The estimated patient volume would be 
20-25 patients
per day and there is on-site physician and provider support during 
clinic hours.
Salary Range from $90,000-$100,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a
comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and retirement 
plan.
Sign-on bonus and relocation package negotiable for the right provider.
