**TYPE: PART TIME AND FULL TIME, FIXED AND FLUCTUATING HOURS, M-F AND
WEEKEND SCHEDULES *

Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the-art clinic 
offering a wide
variety of treatments ranging from basic care to the most advanced 
fertility
technologies, is looking for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners to 
join our
growing team. These positions are an integral part of our team and vital 
to creating
a smooth and personal experience for each of our patients.

The ARNP we are seeking must be energetic, organized and self-directed 
with a
demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working 
relationships with
coworkers, other health care professionals and patients. These positions 
require
confident practitioners with high levels of professionalism and 
compassion who
  thrives in a fast paced environment.

*General Duties: *
*New infertility patient evaluation, history and physical exams, 
ordering appropriate
testing, interpretation of test results, diagnosis and recommending 
appropriate
plan of care with treatment options. Focus is on the treatment of the 
female.
*Management of patients trying for pregnancy using ovarian stimulation 
medications
and/or insemination.
*Targeted evaluation and management of patients presenting with early 
pregnancy,
miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy. This is usually done in consultation 
with the
physician.
*Perform procedures such as: pelvic ultrasound, intrauterine 
insemination, and
saline infusion sonography
*Documentation in patient's electronic medical records
*Patient education

*Minimum Qualifications: *
*Progressively responsible ARNP experience. Preferably 3 years 
experience in
Women's Health and/or OB/GYN (with experience in ASC, surgery or 
procedural,
PACU, recovery care or fertility.)
*Masters of Nursing with either Family, Women's Health or Adult Nurse 
Practitioner
training
*Current licensure for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the 
State of
Washington.
*CPR Certification (BLS Healthcare provider level)
*Ultrasound experience preferred but not necessary, we will train the 
right candidate.
*Experienced in EMR, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Sharepoint a plus.
