I am seeking a *_Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)_* to join me in my practice.

Would you like to practice in an independent office, in a small practice 
setting,
providing very personal, individualized care for your patients?

Would you like to set your own hours? Full time or part time?

Would you like to work in an office where _people_ answer the phones, 
and not
answering machines with phone menus?

My name is Philip Vance, and I have been a family physician in solo 
practice in
Tacoma since 1985. I had Brita Hanson, ARNP join my practice 2 years 
ago, and
our partnership has been fantastic! Unfortunately (for me) she is 
leaving the
practice to get married and move to the east coast. Her patients and 
mine will
miss her.

In these days of hospital owned practices it is unusual to be able to 
work at your
own pace, on your own schedule, without the pressures of corporate 
medicine.
But you can with me! You will have unlimited access to me for advice and
collaboration, and you will not have to deal with the management aspect 
of the
practice at all.

The patient base is perfect, with a diversity of medical problems, well 
insured,
well educated, and accustomed to receiving excellent, personal care.

My staff has been with me for years, and is very pleasant to work with. 
We utilize
electronic medical records, a system that is well-established and easy 
to learn.
