*$55.00 - $60.00 Per Hour+ --Emergency Medicine Family Nurse 
Practitioner or
Physician Assistant -- West, Texas *

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
work in the
Emergency Department for a small rural hospital in West, Texas. The 
Provider
would be *working 10 to 12 24-hour shifts per month* with an hourly rate 
of $55.00-
$60.00 per hour+, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical,
Dental, Vision, 401K, Malpractice Coverage with CME and CME allowance
(uncapped) just requires CEO approval. The estimated patient volume runs 
130
patients per month and is a level IV ER so most patients are stabilized and
shipped to El Paso or Lubbock. There is a Board Certified ER Physician and
Family Physician as well as other Providers on-site for collaborative 
support.
There is an ability to earn more income by cross covering in the clinic 
as well with
the possibility of loan repayment through the NHSC given the high HPSA 
rating.
The location has very good schools and has most reasonable amenities for a
