This is a fabulous opportunity for the proven manager in hospital or 
home care
operations to join one of the top children's hospitals in the U.S. This 
leadership role
includes managing the team of 33 professionals who are responsible for 
providing
all pediatric home care services. Responsibilities include developing and
implementing strategic initiatives for services including operations, 
facilities, capital
and operating budgets, staffing and health care regulation compliance. 
Clinical,
financial or management Bachelor's Degree, 5 years of managerial 
experience in
hospital or home care operations, required. MBA/MHA, application of Toyota
management methodology (TPS), bilingual, pediatric home care experience and
