A Southwest TN Children's Hospital with a 60-bed Level IIIC NICU and 
special care
nursery is adding to its NNP team. This is a surgical unit where all 
surgeries are
performed, including open heart. The patient population contains many 
babies with
congenital heart anomalies. NNPs must be comfortable in an academic 
setting.
The NNPs teach residents, provide patient management and perform 
procedures.
No transport or labor and delivery responsibility. 12-hour rotating 
shifts; 36-hr/week,
but be paid for 40 to allow time for educational projects. Experienced, 
MSN-NNP
candidates preferred, BUT NEW GRADUATES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Benefits
include **TUITION REIMBURSEMENT** for existing loans and tuition 
assistance for
continued education.
