NURSE PRACTITIONER

St. Joseph Mercy Hospital of Port Huron, a Ministry Organization of 
Trinity Health, is
currently seeking a part time Nurse Practitioner to work with a multiple 
general
practitioner physician practice by assessing, diagnosing and providing 
care to
patients of all ages, developing and implementing a plan of care, and 
contributing
to quality and safety initiatives.

Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner
program with a minimum of a Masters of Science in Nursing; licensed to 
practice
in the State of MI as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Current 
BLS and
ACLS. Minimum of two years of clinical working experience as a Nurse 
Practitioner
in a general practitioner office strongly preferred. Credential for 
clinical privileges
through St. Joseph Mercy Hospital's Medical Staff will be required. 
Excellent
interpersonal and customer service skills required. Ability to 
effectively work with
an Electronic Medical Record.
