*Rural Health Clinic -- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant-- New
Hampshire (Qualified for Loan Federal Repayment)*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well respected FQHC 
in New
Hampshire. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with an estimated 
patient
volume of approximately 20 per day in the clinic. The Provider should 
have some
experience with EMR ( the client currently uses GE Centricity) and the 
Provider will
work with other Nurse Practitioners and Physicians on-site. The Nurse 
Practitioner
should be a team player and exhibit a great work ethic as the clinic is 
rated NCQA
Level III (Highest) patient centered quality of care in the area. The 
Salary Range is
$75,000-$85,000+ (D.O.E.) with full benefits package including Medical, 
Dental,
401K with match, Malpractice coverage, Vacation, CME and CME allowance. 
This
location is a Certified FQHC and qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment 
through the
NHSC. Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Allowance negotiable for the right 
provider.
