*Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant -- Rural Health Clinic 
/ FQHC --
Greater Raleigh/ Durham, North Carolina (Qualified for NHSC Loan 
Repayment)*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
work in a well
respected Rural Health Clinic convenient to Raleigh North Carolina. The 
Provider
will be working standard clinic hours (8:30am-5:00pm) Monday-Friday with no
hospital call. After hours call rotates approximately 1 week every 12 
weeks. The
anticipated patient volume would be approximately 20 patients per day in 
the clinic
with collaborating physician support and oversight during clinic hours. 
The practice
is committed to serving the areas underserved patient population through 
their
outreach program and will see everyone of all ages and background. The 
payor mix
includes Medicare, / NC Medicaid, and NC Health Choice/uninsured. The
compensation package consists of base salary of $80,000-$100,000 (depending
upon experience) a signing bonus of $5,000, Relocation assistance of 
$5,000,
Malpractice Coverage, License Renewal and DEA registration / renewal. CME
allowance of $3,000 and 5 days off for CME. NHSC loan repayment (Loan
Repayment Scholars welcome) HPSA score is a 23. The loan repayment program
would pay $30,000 per year directly to your federally qualified student 
loans
(minimum of a two year commitment required). The benefits package 
consists of
Medical, Dental, Life, Disability (company pays for employee only 
premium for
Medical), 403b with a 3.5 matching contribution, 4 weeks PTO / Vacation 
Time.
