*Out-Patient Clinic Setting--Pediatric Nurse Practitioner -- East, Texas 
(New or
Recent Graduates Encouraged to Apply)*

Due to the growth of the service, we are seeking a Pediatric Nurse 
Practitioner to
join a well respected Pediatric Group Practice in East, Texas. The 
clinic hours are
Mon-Fri 8:30 am -- 5:00pm. The group is comprised of 5 pediatricians and 
their
associate Providers. The combined patient appointments runs approximately
65,000 annually with over 1500 active charts. The practice has a very 
high Medicaid
population as well commercial insurance. The Practice has a state of the 
art CLIA
lab and X-Ray on-site and has EMR. The practice also has a professional 
practice
manager and is very well run and managed. The base salary range is $80,000-
$90,000 depending upon experience, plus an incentive bonus plan based on 
cash
receipts (20% of net collections after expenses). In addition to the 
bonus plan, the
provider can expect a generous benefits package including, Medical, 
Dental and
401K (which matches 25% of the employees contributions) as well as a profit
sharing plan. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioners earn (on average) 
$100,000 in
terms of compensation (salary and production bonus). This is a "high 
volume"
practice, but each provider is assigned a Medical Assistant and RN in 
order for
their PNPs to provide efficient and quality patient care. The collaborating
physicians are seasoned and progressive and enjoy training and mentoring
