* Level IIIC NICU, all procedures except no ECMO or open heart surgeries
* NNPs attend HRD
* 12 and 24 hour shifts. 24s split by half on NICU clinical coverage and 
half on call.
* One NNP per shift
* 24/7 in house physician coverage
* Excellent working relationships
* New graduates and experienced NNPs welcome; previous Level III 
experience required
* MSN preferred
* NCC required
* Transport required, no previous experience necessary
