ENSEARCH has recently contracted with a client in Tennessee to provide 
Neonatal
Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage to their active LIII NICU.

The NICU does not take surgical kids but does keep vents. There is a 
busy delivery
service, with NNPs attending high-risk deliveries.

NNP Team does not take part in transport.

The NNP team provides 24/7 coverage with Neonatologist backup and Resident
coverage. Shifts are 12 hours, Days or Nights, with 2 NNPs on duty, per 
shift.
