The Regional Clinical Director (RCD) is responsible for the day-to-day 
operations of
retail clinics for an assigned region. The RCD has overall 
responsibility for the
quality of care, patient satisfaction, efficiency of clinic operations, 
customer service,
revenue generation and profitability of the clinics in the region. 
Further, this position
provides direct leadership and strategic direction for the regional 
support team and
direct supervision of all Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants 
(PA) and
Service Support Manager (SSM). The RCD will build and foster 
partnerships with
divisional, regional and store level personnel. The RCD will ensure 
representation
and attendance in area provider associations and conferences. The RCD will
ensure regulatory compliance with TLC's operational policies and 
procedures, and
all local, state, and federal guidelines. Role model and demonstrate the 
company's
core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and 
safety of others.
The RCD reports to the Chief Medical Officer.

* Promote and nurture a "Great People" management style that

* Ensure professional development of Advanced Clinical Providers and 
Providers to
deliver on established objectives for an assigned region.
* Implement long-term operational and financial strategies with primary 
focus on
building efficiency and providing service excellence.
* Coordinate clinical and administrative activities in the region in 
accordance with
state regulations.
* Provide mentorship for all providers and other regional employees. 
Actively
participate with the orientation and training of new providers.
* Audit clinics to ensure compliance and 365 days a year "survey ready" 
clinics.
* Continually monitor quality of care, patient satisfaction surveys, 
customer service,
and facility maintenance and take corrective action as required.
* Develop and execute short and long-term strategic operating plans and 
goals to
align with other regions and build operational efficiency across TLC.
* Ensure that all clinics and providers, at all times, meet all TLC 
operational
policies and procedures, local, state, and federal requirements.
* Ensure optimal financial and operational performance while maintaining 
high
levels of patient and associate satisfaction.
* Manage regional budgets to meet targets. P
* articipate in the regional budget development and ensure financial 
performance of
the region meets or exceeds budgeted expectations.
* Provide input for Monthly Operations Review presentation and discussions.
* Analyze current trends impacting patient service delivery and provide
recommendations as appropriate.
* Acts as liaison with retail management and clinic providers.
* Act as a liaison between corporate departments and regional team members.
* Participate in corporate committees and projects related to scope of 
services,
quality of care, pricing, etc.
* Maintain full staffing levels at all clinics within an assigned region 
to cover
scheduled hours.
* Provide leadership in developing the clinic practices to build The 
Little Clinic's
market share in the region.
* Responsible for recruiting a high quality, proficient team of 
knowledgeable, skilled
providers who function in compliance with all regulatory requirements 
and The Little
Clinic's mission and vision.
* Oversee all providers and patient care staff including: hiring, 
retention, performance
excellence discussions, discipline, compensation, and provider relations.
* Partner with Credentialing Department to ensure all provider 
licensures, protocols,
and other required documents are current.
* Provide input for planning and implementation of new site selection and
development. Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; 
proactively assess
related SWOT analysis (region strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and 
threats);
share info in monthly operations reviews.
* Identify and stay abreast of current trends in NP/PA availability 
including competitive
compensation and benefit requirements.
* Works with Marketing, Clinic Development, IT, and other corporate 
functions to
support clinic rollout and ongoing initiatives.
* Conduct quality meetings and staff meetings as appropriate and present 
goals and
priorities, ensuring appropriate communication of TLC's objectives are 
understood by
all staff members of the region.
* Visit all sites in assigned region on a regular basis to provide 
required support.
* Regular travel within region is required.
* Foster professional relationship with collaborating physicians, other 
healthcare
providers, educational institutions and professional networking groups 
throughout
the community.

*Minimum Position Qualifications:*
* Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician
Assistant or higher.
* Current state license for all states within the geographical sector
* Minimum of three years of operations management experience with 
responsibility
for managing multiple-sites of consumer-driven healthcare preferred
* Ability to build a healthcare service infrastructure, including 
processes,
methodologies and tools required to drive quality and effectiveness
* Excellent leadership, team building, organization, problem solving, 
computer, verbal
and written communication skills
* Analytical skills with the proven ability to analyze data and 
implement action plans
* Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and 
PowerPoint
required
* Must be able to travel independently as required.
* Must be able to independently perform all job functions with or 
without reasonable
accommodation.

*Desired Previous Job Experience*
* Five years or more of FNP or PA experience or above.
