*Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant -- Outpatient 
Clinic Setting -
East, Texas (Experienced Providers Preferred, however a recent graduate 
with a
strong Pediatric RN Background Would be Considered)*

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for 
a growing
Pediatric Practice in East, Texas. The Provider can work either a 4X10 
hour schedule
(Mon-Thurs) or Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with no weekends or call 
responsibility. The
Clinic is comprised of one Pediatrician and three Providers. The PA or 
PNP would
see an estimated volume of 20 patients per day in the clinic with a 
collaborating
physician on-site during clinic hours and EMR. Each of the Providers is 
assigned a
Medical Assistant as well that is Bi-Lingual in the event that there is 
a Spanish
speaking patient. The Provider can expect a compensation package of 
$100,000-
$110,000 with incentives. Malpractice (tail coverage is provided with 
limits of 1/3 MM)
is covered by the practice, retirement with a 3% match, disability 
insurance and
healthcare insurance is offered as well as CME and CME allowance. All 
dues fees
and licensure are also covered. This location may qualify for loan 
repayment but a
separate application would need to be made through the NHSC and there 
are no
guarantees of receiving loan repayment. Excellent location convenient to 
Dallas and
Tyler, Texas.
