*Cleveland Primary Care located in Warrensville Hts., Ohio is currently 
looking for
a full time or part time Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage 
for Hospital
and Nursing Home patients. *

*JOB SUMMARY*
The Nurse Practitioner has the functional responsibility to coordinate, 
provide and
assist in providing comprehensive quality patient care under the 
direction of an
assigned supervising physician. The NP provides assessment, diagnosis,
treatment, education, referral, and follow-up for the adult population. 
The NP
maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the ages,
developmental stages, and special needs/health conditions of the population
served. The NP promotes a safe environment and performs all job 
functions in a
safe manner. The NP functions under the general supervision of the 
supervising
physician and the administrative manager as appropriate.
