*Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult 
Nurse
Practitioner or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner)—Portland, Oregon (Minimum 
of 1
year experience and an Active OR license Required)*

We are seeking a Family, Adult or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for a 
predominantly
Adult / Geriatric Internal Medicine Clinic in the Portland area . The 
ideal candidate
would have 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with chronic 
disease
management and is willing to provide home health coverage on a part-time 
basis.
The clinic schedule is Mon-Thurs working 4X10 hour shifts and every 5th 
Saturday
(Half Day 9:00am-12:00pm) with EMR and Lab / X-Ray on-site. The Practice
consists of 4 internists and one Adult Nurse Practitioner and the 
estimated patient
volume would run 25 patients per day. The base salary range is $100,000-
$110,000K+ (Depending Upon Experience) and incentives based on WRVUS for
an additional $10,000-$15,000. The position would provide for a sign-on 
bonus
of $5,000 for a one year commitment. Full benefits including medical, 
dental,
  vision, 401K with match. Three weeks of vacation and one week paid CME
