Family Practice Clinic / ER Cross Coverage -- Critical Access Hospital 
and Clinic --
Northwest, Montana We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse
Practitioner for a Family Practice Clinic setting with ER coverage 
responsibilities in
Northwest Montana. The Provider would work in a clinic setting Mon-Fri 
8:30am-
5:00pm (possibly working 4X10 hour shifts) while cross covering in the 
ER for any
admissions (very low volume ER with 9000 annual patient encounters 
annually).
The Provider would enjoy a high degree of autonomy with collaborating 
physician
and Provider support. The base salary range is $95,000-$115,000 (Depending
Upon Experience) with 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week paid CME with a $2,000 
CME
allowance. Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K, 
Malpractice
Coverage and all dues, fees and licensure paid for by the hospital.
