We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant to
work in a family practice clinic setting with an emphasis on men's 
health and
wellness. This clinic is affiliated with a general acute care hospital 
in the Portland
area. Standard clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (with an option of 
working
4X10 hour shifts). The estimated patient volume would be 20-25 per day 
and there
is a physician on-site during clinic hours for collaboration / consults. 
The Provider
would see a diverse population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics 
_with an
emphasis in men's health and wellness_ as well as managing routine, 
acute and
chronic illnesses and injuries. The base salary range is *$105,000-$120,000
depending upon experience* (plus performance bonus based on RVUs for an
additional 10K), $10,000 Signing Bonus and *$8,000 per year in loan 
repayment
from the hospital.* The opportunity includes a comprehensive benefits 
package
including Medical, Dental, 401K with match of 50% up to 3%, CME and CME
allowance as well as generous vacation package and CME with a CME allowance
of $5,000. All malpractice insurance, licensure, dues and fees are also 
paid for as
well. The Clinic Manager prefers candidates that have an Oregon license 
but would
consider out of state candidates as well with a strong APN / PA
