(SOUTHWEST) WORK FOR A LEADER IN PEDIATRIC CLINICAL CARE AND
ESEARCH in a city with the LOWEST COST OF LIVING IN THE COUNTRY
(according to Prevention Magazine).

A Southwest TN Children's Hospital with a 60-bed Level IIIC NICU and 
special care
nursery is adding to its NNP team. This is a surgical unit where all 
surgeries are
performed, including open heart. The patient population contains many 
babies with
congenital heart anomalies. The ECMO patients are in the PICU. This is 
also a
teaching hospital so the NNPs must be comfortable in an academic 
setting. They
will teach residents, provide patient management and perform procedures. No
transport or labor and delivery responsibility. 24/7 in house 
Neonatology coverage.

12-hour rotating shifts; The NNPs will work 36 hours per week, but be 
paid for 40 to
allow time for educational projects. Salary based upon experience.

Experienced, MSN-NNP candidates preferred, BUT NEW GRADUATES WILL BE
CONSIDERED.
