for a Medical Research Study on "Wellness"

Fieldwork Seattle, a national market research agency, is conducting paid 
interviews among local medical practitioners.

*_NO SALES ARE INVOLVED_-- As always, we are interested /only/ in your 
opinions.

* A *one-hour individual interview* will be conducted on *Thursday, 
November 21^st *or *Thursday, November 22^nd *in our Kirkland/Carillon 
Point office.  Best scenario: NPs should have 4 or more patients with 
schizophrenia diagnosis in their care.

*_Honorarium_:  Participants will receive *$225.00* Visa Card in 
appreciation for their time and opinions.
