$65.00+
per visit -- Southeast Texas (Convenient to Houston, TX)*

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in Home Health with a well 
respected
hospital in Southeast Texas. The Provider should have experience working 
in a
home health capacity as an RN and be interested in functioning as a 
Provider to
manage home bound patients. The APN would receive a per visit rate of 
$65.00+
per patient as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 
Medical, Dental ,
Vision 401K, 30 days of vacation, 1 week paid CME with a $2,500 CME 
allowance,
401K with Match, Malpractice coverage and all dues fees and licensure 
paid for by
the practice. Car allowance / mileage reimbursement provided as well.
