Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought for an 
neighborhood friendly
health clinic just west of Litchfield, IL!

About:
* FNP or PA sought to treat all ages in a primary care setting with 
another MD and NP
on site.
* Clinic is open Mon-fri, no weekends, no call, provider can work 4, 9 
hour shifts per
week. Roughly 20-23 patients seen/day
* NP or PA will treat cardiology, diabetes, depression, high blood 
pressure, low
income patients and more.

Requirement:
* patient, focused, multi-taskers, good listeners and communicators, 
good with
EHR.

Compensation:
* $80-93,000/year, plus 11.5% Pension, 5-6 weeks paid time off per year.
Productivity bonus potential after year 1.
* Great medical, life and retirement benefits = 45% of gross salary.
* Student loan repayment option
