Growing medical group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 
in primary
care and long term care! Farmville, VA area, south of Charlottesville

About the position :
* NP / PA will spend 50% of their time in a primary care clinic treating 
mostly adults,
50% of the time traveling to 3 nursing homes treating geriatric 
patients. Option to
treat kids if the provider can and desires to.
* Flexible hours - mostly Mon-Fri. Providers can go home earl on slower 
days,
Some weekend, evening and call coverage.
* ANP, FNP, ACNP or PA will always work with an MD on sight or by phone, 
this is not
an independent position.
* Flexible group is looking for someone that is good with an older adult 
population,
cares for patients, and can work in a team setting.

Requirement:
* Provider is good with an older adult population and doesn't mind 
driving to clinic's
2-3 days of the week.

Compensation: $80-98k/year in salary. Option for productivity bonuses on 
top of
salary. 3.5 weeks' vacation plus CME's. Excellent medical benefits!
