Neurology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner- Greater Tulsa, 
Oklahoma We
are seeking a Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assist to work 
in a fast
paced setting with a great collaborating physician in the greater Tulsa, 
Oklahoma
area. The Provider would be working in the clinic 8:00 am-5:00pm Monday 
through
Friday with some call and occasional weekends when "on call". In 
addition to the
clinic responsibilities the Provider would assist with procedures and 
round in the
hospital. The base salary range is $95,000 $100,000+ (Depending Upon
Experience), plus a $10,000 incentive bonus paid quarterly with a 
comprehensive
benefits package including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Malpractice 
Coverage,
10 days of CME and CME allowance, 30 days of PTO time off, call pay of 
$238 per
day (mostly triage). $5,000 signing bonus and relocation allowance. Great
