Rose City Urgent Care And Family Practice ("RCM") is expanding. We are a 
Nurse
Practitioner clinic that offers an opportunity for FNPs to build their 
own practice in a
supportive, holistic care environment. We strive to provide a stable, 
welcoming
health care home for our community.

*Job Responsibilities: *
* Family Practice and Urgent Care skills in caring for patients of every 
age and
demographic.
* Work independently, yet within RCM clinical guidelines and the highest
professional standards.
* Perform age appropriate H&Ps for preventive, complex acute, critical and
chronically ill patients.
* Diagnosis and therapeutic treatment within the scope of practice, making
appropriate referrals to specialists.
* Prescribe medications appropriately, within RCM guidelines and scope of
  practice.
* Keeps accurate electronic medical records and required documentation
including the support of Meaningful Use.
* Collaborate with internal and external provider teams in the promotion of
healthcare.

*Qualifications and Education Requirements *
* Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
* Certification or pursuit of certification as a licensed Nurse 
Practitioner in the
State of Oregon.
* Clear DEA certificate.
* Must have clear attestation and successfully pass contractor 
credentialing.
* Current ACLS/BLS certification.

*Preferred Skills *
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
* Treatment of chronic health conditions and experience in preventive care
exams for all ages
* Professional image and behavior
* Strong communication skills
