NP HealthResources is searching for Nurse Practitioners to conduct 
in-home Clinical Care
Assessments on Medicare/Medicaid members on a full-time or part-time 
basis. These
assessments DO NOT require treating, prescribing or changing 
medications. Practitioners
will conduct a comprehensive and thorough assessment to include all body 
systems, ADL,
Fall Risk Evaluation, Depression/Nutritional screening, Medication 
Review, BMI evaluation
and diagnostic laboratory screening.

Other details:
Malpractice insurance provided
$100 per visit plus mileage reimbursement
Visits are scheduled for you based on your availability
Paid training and orientation
