*Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant --Outpatient 
Family Practice
Clinic working 4X10s and Occasional Saturdays (Southeast, Texas)*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
work in an out-patient
clinic setting 4X10s Mon-Thursday and occasional Saturdays. There would 
also be two days
per week that the Provider would work extended hours, which would be 
compensated for in
the following weeks schedule. This is brand new clinic with 
collaborating physician support
and an ample patient base. The Provider would be seeing an estimated 
volume of 18-20
patients per day within the first 90 days with an anticipated target of 
25 patients per day. There
is physician support on-site during clinic hours as well as a Medical 
Assistant that is assigned
to each provider. There is also an interpreter for any Spanish speaking 
patients. The base
salary is negotiable, but the range is $90,000-$110,000 (depending upon 
experience) with a
comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and 401K. A 
$5,000 signing bonus
and $5,000 relocation package is also provided. Excellent schools, 
reasonable housing costs
and convenient to the _Hill Country of Texas_. This location is not an 
NHSC eligible site and
would not qualify for loan repayment.
