*Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Position Announcement in 
Skagway, Alaska!*

Full time nurse practitioner/physician assistant opening in the 
beautiful seaport of Skagway,
Alaska! Primary, urgent and emergent care is provided in a beautiful, 
large, new clinic building
that is fully equipped and updated. Dahl Memorial Clinic is a federally 
funded community
health center that provides the only emergency care in the municipality 
of Skagway.

The qualified provider must be nationally certified as a provider with 
licensure and prescriptive
authority in the state of Alaska, or be able to obtain prior to 
employment. The qualified
individual must also be ATLS, PALS, ACLS certified or be willing to 
become certified within 6
months of employment. Must be willing to rotate call with two other 
providers. Dahl Memorial
Clinic has extensive laboratory capabilities as well as digital x-ray 
and ultrasound on site.
Prefer an experienced provider who is comfortable working autonomously, 
but will consider a
strong new graduate with emergency department experience.
