*University managed hospital group seeks an FNP/Family Nurse 
Practitioner or PA/Physician
Assistant for an Emergency Room/ER setting in rural Southeast Iowa – 
small town south of
Ottumwa, IA!*

FNP or PA will get to work with a group that is University affiliated 
but with a small town
personal feel!

*Compensation:*
* Excellent health benefits, dental, Vision, LTD-STD, 401k, and life 
benefits.
* 1 month in PTO/time off per year plus 3 days for CME’s
* Primary care position is a Student loan eligible site through NHSC
* $90-105,000/year in salary for the ER, new grads must have ER 
experience- PLUS 9% Iowa
Pension contribution!

*About the ER opening:*
* This position does a 7pm Wednesday night until Friday morning at 7am - 
every week. NP or
PA will have 4 days a week off plus weekends off!
* 6-10 new admits per day on average into the ER. MD back up always on 
call, with full
ancillary staff always on site (emt, RN’s, LPNs, etc).
* FNP or PA needs to be hands on, patient oriented
* Treating all ages
* ER experience needed – open to new grads
