*Women's Health and Wellness Clinic -- Women's Health Nurse Practitioner --
Columbia, Missouri*

We are seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join an 
established family
practice clinic dedicated to Women's Health and Wellness. The practice 
partners
with patients to improve their health with a traditional medical model, 
but with an
emphasis on nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and bio-identical 
hormone balancing.
The ideal candidate would have an interest in women's health and 
wellness as
well as experience in primary care and an interest in a wellness 
approach to
medicine. The provider would be working 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri with no
weekends or call responsibilities (with the possibility of working 4X10s 
Mon-Thurs).

The Provider can expect a base salary of $85,000-$110,000+ (Depending Upon
Experience) with a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, 
Vision, Life
insurance, paid Medical Malpractice Insurance and Tail upon Departure, 
401K with
matching contribution and a tax deferred annuity as well as 4 weeks of paid
vacation, 1 week paid CME with a $2,500 CME allowance. All dues fees 
licensure
and DEA paid for as well. $5,000 Signing bonus and $5,000 relocation 
package.
The relocation package is based upon the lowest of two written estimates 
provided
