Thriving healthcare group seeks an Family Nurse Practitioner to work in 
a primary
care and a geriatric care setting in the Lisbon, Ohio area! 
$75-128,000/year

About:
* Mon-Fri: 8-5p. FNP will cover a skilled nursing facility / assistant 
living facility in
addition to providing family practice/primary care
* FNP will round to a 70 bed SNF/ASST Living in place now, FNP 
willexpand health
systems primary care by seeing patients of all ages in a primary care 
setting at the
same facility (some walk in's - not an urgent care though)
* FNP will work in a brand new gorgeous state of the art facility and be 
a part of a
growing health system

Requirement:
* FNP must be flexible in possibly bouncing between clinics when someone is
on vacation
* Someone who can work alone and is a self-starter

Compensation:
* $75-128,000/year in salary
* Excellent health benefits, dental, Vision, LTD-STD, 401k, Aflac, and 
life benefits.
* 6 weeks' off per year plus $2000 in CME's
* Student loan repayment is possible
