Practitioner --Child, Adolescent and Adult (Greater Indianapolis, 
Indiana)---Loan

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner interested 
in working
in a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner interested in working 
in a
community based clinic setting in greater Indianapolis, Indiana. The 
PMHNP would
be working in an out-patient clinic setting 8:30 am -- 5:00pm Mon-Fri 
with the
possibility of working Mon-Thurs (4 X10 hour shifts). The PMHNP would work
predominantly with patients suffering with depression, suicidal 
thoughts, alcohol
and drug abuse, sexual abuse, personality disorders, anxiety and work 
performance
issues. Initial evaluations are 1 hour and the follow-ups are 30 
minutes. The Clinic
offers a multi disciplinary approach that includes a continuum of 
services including
inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient 
and crisis
intervention, and consultation and education. The Provider can expect 
excellent
collaborative support and is paired with a Psychiatrist and PMHNP. Base 
Salary is *
$95,000-$130,000 Depending Upon Experience* with a comprehensive benefits
package including Medical, Dental, Retirement account, Generous 
Vacation, CME
Package and Time off, and a *$5,000 Signing bonus and $5,000 Relocation 
package
(relocation reimbursed with receipts)*. Additionally, this location 
qualifies for Loan
