*Geriatric ARNP -- Yakima, WA *

Senior & Residential Care; a service of Community Health of Central 
Washington is
searching for a full-time ARNP to provide primary care medical services 
to include;
routine care for chronic, acute and preventive health needs of patients 
of the SRCare
program. Visit types will include routine periodic visits, interim 
visits as needed
according to patient status and participation in call rotation.

ARNP degree required with particular interest and demonstrated 
competency in the
care of geriatric and disabled patients. Ability to obtain licensure in 
Washington and
DEA license with no restriction from participation with the Medicaid or 
Medicare
programs, ability to obtain credentials from appropriate health plans 
and to be
covered by CHCW malpractice liability carrier required.

Yakima is located in east of the Cascade Mountains in the beautiful Pacific
Northwest and is just a few hours drive from Seattle, WA and Portland, 
OR and
boasts the convenience of local airport access. Living in the heart of 
Washington
