Urgent Care / Walk in Clinic -- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant -- Greater Ft. Smith, Arkansas (Qualifies for Loan Repayment)*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 
work in
an Urgent Care / Walk-in Care Center in greater Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  
Clinic
hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm with no weekends or call 
responsibility.  The
Provider would see an estimated volume of 20 patients per day in the clinic
with good staff support.  The patient mix would include conditions 
ranging from
colds and flu, to minor injuries. The Provider would be required to 
function
autonomously with physician support available via back-up call.  
$*50-$55+ per
hour base pay* *(Depending Upon Experience)*, productivity bonus, vacation,
1 week paid CME with a $2,000 CME Allowance, and all dues and fees paid.
Full relocation package and $3,000 sign-on bonus! This location 
qualifies for
loan repayment given its HPSA /MUSA rating.  Great location with many
