*FT/PT ARNP as a rounder in skilled nursing facilities:*

Job includes management of inpatients who in SNF for rehab after orthopedic
procedures, medical management after CABG or other cardiac diagnoses,
continued medical management of chronic conditions like pain, 
delirium/dementia,
acute and chronic renal failure, UTI's, wound care, IV 
hydration/antibiotics. There is
a multidisciplinary team working in each facility. The facilities have a 
combination of
acute short term patients along with long term care residents, dementia, 
palliative
care and hospice patients. The schedule is somewhat flexible. The job is 
available
