*Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant --2 Rural Health 
Clinics (The
Provider would split time between each clinic location)- Lufkin, Texas
(Experienced Providers Only)*

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant to
work in two rural health clinics (3 days in one clinic and 2 days in the 
other clinic) in
the Lufkin, Texas area. The provider would have collaborating physician 
support, but
must be able to see patients independently with an estimated patient 
volume of 20
patients per day in each clinic location. The Provider would see a 
diverse mix of
patients ranging from Pediatrics to Geriatrics managing both acute and 
chronic
illnesses. The clinic has an excellent support staff with EMR, lab and 
X-ray on-site.
The base salary range would be $50-$57 per hour depending upon 
experience with
a full benefits package including Medical, Dental and 401K with match. 
The clinic
hours (both locations) are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with no weekends or 
call. Great
