Exciting clinical management and leadership position with potential to 
grow. The*Clinical
Services Manager* leads a team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician 
Assistants who deliver
cutting edge care in our innovative clinical model. Optum CarePlus is a 
national leader in
developing and implementing care models that serve the frail and 
chronically ill population in
both the nursing home and community settings. This position plays a 
critical role in
determining the successful implementation of our clinical model and 
provides opportunity to
demonstrate excellent management skills.

*CSM Position Requirements: *
* Strong supervisory, management and leadership skills (previous NP 
Supervision preferred).
* Prior long term care NP experience prefered
* Knowledge of long-term care, geriatrics and chronic illness
* Certification as a GNP, ANP or FNP, or ability to obtain
* Experience with electronic documentation and coding
* Frequent Travel to facilities within territory
* Current, unrestricted NP license in the State where position is 
located, or ability to obtain
* Reliable transportation
