Athena Women's Health, is seeking a full-time ARNP to join our growing 
women's pelvic
health practice. Our ARNPs play an integral role as part of our team in 
delivering care based
on best practices and supporting patient education and decision-making.

*Patient Care: *
* Complete H&P, evaluation, plan of care
* Appropriate diagnostic studies and follow up; medication orders
* Maintain patient's HER
* Patient and family teaching and counseling

*Clinical Management: *
* Supervise and delegate tasks to MA's
* Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
* Assist in hiring, training, educational development and evaluation of MAs
* Assist in creating medical equipment and supply budget
* Oversee medical supply purchasing

*Minimum Qualifications: *
* Current Washington State ARNP license
* CPR Certification (BLS Healthcare provider level)
* 3-5 years' experience in urology or gynecology and/or experience in
* ASC/surgery/RNFA
* Experience in clinical management
* Experience using HER, knowledge of medical coding, strong computer skills
* Excellent communication, counseling, problem-solving, and 
decision-making skills
* Team player
