Radiant Complexions Dermatology is seeking a full time Nurse 
Practitioner to manage an
existing practice in Beaverdale located in the Des Moines, Iowa metro 
area. Our clinics offer
the opportunity to manage and build your own medical practice without a 
financial
commitment or administrative headaches.

With over a decade of success, Radiant Complexions Dermatology offers 
affordable and
ethical medical and cosmetic dermatology services on a local level in 
communities
throughout Iowa and Arizona. Our clinic model is designed to help 
entrepreneurial medical
providers grow and thrive, and we offer the freedom of private practice 
with the resources of
a larger medical network.

Qualified candidates will be licensed to practice medicine, able to 
perform clinical
procedures and have great communication skills. We are looking for 
individuals with a
desire to take responsibility for their work and desire to grow their 
patient base and earnings
by marketing themselves and their clinic to draw in new clientele. We 
are looking for someone
experienced with patient care, motivation to succeed and the desire to 
grow their business by
bringing in new patients. English / Spanish bilingual skills are a huge 
plus. No dermatology
experience is needed, as a 3 month fellowship is provided.

Generous benefits include base salary plus quarterly incentive bonuses, 
flexible personal
time off, 5% contribution to 401K,health insurance, dental insurance, 
and life insurance. No
on-call or weekend hours are required.
