*Rural healthcare group seeks a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse 
Practitioner to work in
a urgent care/after-hours/walk in clinic in the Knoxville Iowa area!* 1 
hour from Des Moines –
up to $115,000 a year

*Compensation:*
* $75-95,000 year in salary plus up to $20,000 in productivity
* Excellent benefits include: medical, 403b, dental, vision, and life 
benefits.
* 4-5 weeks’ Vacation/PTO and 2 weeks in Holidays/sick time
* Student loan repayment!

*About:*
* 2p-9p Mon-Friday, some weekends 11a-5p. 2-3 NPs will staff the clinic. 
1/3 weekends.
* FNP or PA will work alone at times in the clinic with ancillary staff. 
MD back up by phone
always.
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ FNP-BC, Family 
Nurse
Practitioner or PA/Physician Assistant will work in a walk in/urgent 
care setting with an
emergency room/care nearby
