*Rural healthcare group seeks a compassionate Physician Assistant or 
Family Nurse
Practitioner to work in a family practice/primary care clinic in the 
Watertown, NY area!* 30
minutes from Watertown New York – Outdoor/Snow paradise! Great place for 
snow sports:
skiing, ski resorts, snow mobiles and more. _With Student loan repayment!_

This FNP or PA will be able to grow a family practice in an area where 
people can really use
their help for their overall health! This a great chance to make a 
difference in people’s lives,
build solid relationships and meet a big demand.

*Compensation:*
* $90-103,000 annual salary, plus the option for productivity bonuses of 
an additional 3-15,000
a year
* Excellent benefits include: medical, 403b, dental, vision, and life 
benefits.
* 4 weeks’ Vacation/PTO and 2 weeks in Holidays. Plus 3 days CME’s and 
$1000
* Student loan repayment!

*About:*
* 4-10 hour shifts per week or 3-12 hour shifts per week or 5-8hour 
shifts per week. Flexible
scheduling options
* 10-12 patients seen per shift initially that will build up to 17 a 
day. Lots of Medicare/Medicaid
patients, farmers, underserved population.
* FNP or PA will work alone in the clinic with ancillary staff. MD back 
up by phone always.
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ FNP-BC, Family 
Nurse
Practitioner or PA/Physician Assistant will work in a family 
practice/primary care setting with
some walk ins

*Requirement: *
* Not open to new grads
* Understanding and compassion to serve this patient population
