*Dynamic healthcare group seeks an ER experienced Family Nurse 
Practitioner or Physician
Assistant to work in the ER/Emergency Room in an outdoor paradise in 
Eastern Montana-
Miles City, MT Area!* Great outdoors and recreation! Option to also work 
in primary care 1-2
days a month.

*About:*
* 2 – 24 hour ER shifts per week= 7-8 per month. ER shifts a 10a-10a. On 
limited ‘phone call’
in between ER shifts and primary care shift.
* 5 day weekends: completely off Thursday-Monday.
* There is also the option to work 1-2 days a month in primary 
care/family practice
* In the ER the FNP or PA will always have hospitalist MD support, but 
managing the ER
themselves.
* APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ FNP-BC, Family 
Nurse
Practitioner or PA/Physician Assistant will work in an emergency 
room/emergency care/ER
setting.

*Requirement: *
* Relocate to a small community outside Miles City
* ER/emergency room/emergency care experience

*Compensation:*
* $113,326 annual salary. Relocation paid.
* Excellent benefits include: medical, 401k, and life benefits.
* 3 weeks’ Vacation, 4 extended sick days, and 1 week in Holidays.
